Mentoring family ministry teams

Training and support for leaders who want to serve families in their cities and communities.

One part of Volodymyr and Khrystyna Tyshchenko’s work is building family ministry teams through training and mentoring meetings. They work with local churches and share experience with people who can later train others.

Who it is for

Couples and leaders willing to develop family ministry in their community. A readiness to learn, work together and listen to local families’ needs is a useful starting point.

Questions to explore together

  • Listening to families’ needs in your town or neighbourhood.
  • Forming a team and sharing responsibilities.
  • Preparing a small family gathering.
  • Sustaining the work and helping new leaders learn.

A first step

Describe your community, your team’s experience and the question you would like to begin with. Format and further meetings are agreed after you reach out.

Use the plan for a first family-group gathering, or request a mentoring conversation.
